Kentucky Uniforms SMS Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
Kentucky Uniforms respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect and use information for our text messaging service.
Information We Collect
When you agree to receive order updates by text, we collect your mobile phone number and record your permission. We may also associate that information with your name and order details.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to send updates about your Kentucky Uniforms orders, including order status, pickup availability, and delivery notifications.
Permission to receive order updates does not authorize unrelated promotional text messages. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in our text messaging service.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own use. Service providers that help us deliver messages may process the information necessary to operate this service on our behalf.
Your Choices
Receiving text messages is optional. You may decline text messages and still place an order.
You can stop receiving texts at any time by replying STOP. You may receive a final message confirming your cancellation.
For assistance, reply HELP or contact Kentucky Uniforms through the contact information published at https://kentuckyuniforms.com
Message frequency varies based on your orders. Message and data rates may apply.
Information Protection and Retention
We take reasonable measures to protect the information used for our text messaging service. We retain order and consent records as needed to provide service, honor your messaging preferences, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
