Names, Credentials and Department titles will be put above the pocket (left chest) on lab coats and scrubs unless directed otherwise. Names and Credentials will be in block font with the department title in script font unless directed otherwise. Certain alterations to these specifications are restricted by UK Marketing but we will make adjustments when possible.

Name & Department is usually two lines but can be three if your department takes the title to a third line. Please make sure to select the correct amount of lines for embroidery.

If your coats are being dropped with your program coordinator enter their name in the text field.
